Allen Impact Creative Incentive Solutions is the Gift & Incentive Division of Allen Impact. It is owned by Joyce Allen. Prior to embarking upon the incentive business, Joyce Allen was a middle school band director for 15 years. Making the transition from education to the business world was a significant change, but Joyce has found that connecting with other entrepreneurs is not only inspirational but essential for success. Allen Impact Creative Incentive Solutions was formed in December of 2006, and in 2007 enjoyed a growth in monthly client volume of over 1600%.
